Looking for another pastor (starting January 2013)

CoastEC is looking to employ another pastor to work full time in the ‘engine room’, starting January 2013. We're praising God for the growth we've experienced and want to keep building our capacity to reach and disciple more people. The second pastor will focus on maturing believers and mobilising them for ministry. Their main focus will be to build and strengthen our core by overseeing, training and supporting home group (bible study) leaders and Drivers (ministry co-ordinators).

They will need to be:

- a godly man who loves Jesus and meets the qualifications in 1 Timothy 3:1-7 and Titus 1:6-9;
- well trained theologically
- passionate about seeing Christians mature and serve;
- able to lead leaders, train leaders and manage teams,
- a team player, with great relational and communication skills, able to work with different age groups;
- able to influence people and move them into leadership and ministry roles
