We are committed to raising up the next generation of leaders
GAP (Gospel Apprenticeship Program) is our one year part-time, post-school boot camp.
It’s an opportunity for school leavers to take some time out to go deeper in the Word and to get some practical ministry experience.

Our Ministry Apprenticeship Program is a 2-3 year full-time ministry experience.
Participants get to 'dip their toes' into vocational ministry to help them work out if it’s something they should pursue further. They’ll get a feel for what the role entails and what it looks like to work in a ministry staff team. They’ll also have an opportunity to shoulder significant ministry responsibilities, according to their giftedness and capacity.
MAP also gives us an opportunity, as a church, to invest in them and to assess their suitability, especially their character, convictions, competence (gifts and abilities) and capacity for ministry.
During the program, participants also complete an Advanced Diploma of Theology via correspondence.
Church-Planter Apprenticeship
CAP (Church Planter Apprenticeship Program) is our 2 year post-college, pre-planting apprenticeship for those who’ve been assessed by Reach Australia.
